So, do you prefer stay at home or go out and have fun?

SO, DO YOU PREFER TO STAY AT HOME OR GO OUT AND HAVE FUN?

Has it ever happened to you that you are doing something that you like so much, and suddenly you lose interest in doing it? Or, are you with the person you have a crush on it, and all of a sudden, you stop liking it? Then, you wonder: what is happening to me? Why am I acting this way? Am I so mean? The possible answer could be in lack of interest in doing your favorite activities daily.

Some experts comment that the disinterest in doing people's favorite things must be that people are going through a complicated process of stress, burnout, and demotivation. Even though losing interest in any activity is pretty frequent in teenagers, it does not leave adult people aside who are daily working and are living the same thing as always.

From their point of view, they no longer want to solve it by themselves. But young people still have time to raise their heads and correct this situation and seek adventures with family or friends that will help them see that it is still possible to do anything to solve this situation. As we know, most teenagers prefer to stay at their homes watching videos or listening to music instead of going out and practicing some sport. In the not distant future, this could lead to various difficulties in the mental health of young people, so we should schedule different activities and try to change this reality.

As my grandma says, all in this world have a solution. So, in this case, we need to look for new activities that make our hearts beat strongly and leave the unpleasant sensation of burnout. For me, painting is one of my satisfactory activities to develop when I am frustrated because paints give a new perspective of how to colorate my draws and make me the master of my life.

Ecuador, beautiful country where people nod to say hello.

Ecuador, beautiful country where people nod to say hello

Greetings between friends, family, or relatives are the effortless actions people do. Sometimes, this action does not involve words or the use of hands because, with a simple nod of the head, you can understand that it is a hello or an expression of what's up.

Although this may seem unusual to tourists or foreigners; actually, it is much habitual for Ecuadorians to greet in this way. Honestly, I can say that most Ecuadorians do this because, wherever I go, I see people doing it, even me!

Maybe, We may not understand why we do this every time instead of saying hello or shaking our hands. It may be ashamed to speak or laziness to raise our hands to say hello, but the truth is that nodding becomes practical and according to the circumstances.

Sometimes, these greetings are realized by us when the person we are greeting is on the other side of the road or sidewalk, so yelling at them would look bad, or waving your hands could be uncomfortable for us because there are more people around us.  For this reason, it is much easier to greet them by raising your head. I will explain to you how I say hello, so pay attention. First of all, you need to make eye contact, then smile and make the star move, rising your head, and voila.

Maybe, it's a common practice in other countries, but I don't know for sure.  If you want, you are welcome to write down in the comments if people from your country do the same. The truth is that I usually nod a lot because I find it comfortable to do so.

I hate cooking, but I love making desserts

I hate cooking, but I love making desserts.

I know, it's somewhat tricky trying to think that people contradict themselves all the time. I am going to put myself as an example. I hate to do the cooking, but I love making desserts. Most of the time, I spend my half free time watching videos on Youtube, so those videos teach me how to bake or do the best sweeties for a party or a family meeting, and the other half I try to put into practice that things that I've watched.

Honestly, making desserts or cakes is a real challenge because this practice needs so much effort. It's like trying to do a mathematics exercise, so you have to follow the instructions and steps to get excellent results, but if you skip one point, your result would be a great disaster. Yeah! Although It could be a little bit complicated one of the most satisfactory things is when the desserts it's done because I can enjoy them with my mother or with my friends.

I realize that I have a sweet palate. Maybe, this is the reason why I am almost always preparing cheesecakes, sweet bread, cookies, cakes, and other little desserts. So, I wonder if I should take a pastry course or leave it as a hobby in my life because I also love painting. That is an answer that you, my friend, can give me. Please, get me a piece of advice.
