SO, DO YOU PREFER TO STAY AT HOME OR GO OUT AND HAVE FUN?
Has it ever happened to you that you are doing something that you like so much, and suddenly you lose interest in doing it? Or, are you with the person you have a crush on it, and all of a sudden, you stop liking it? Then, you wonder: what is happening to me? Why am I acting this way? Am I so mean? The possible answer could be in lack of interest in doing your favorite activities daily.
Some experts comment that the disinterest in doing people's favorite things must be that people are going through a complicated process of stress, burnout, and demotivation. Even though losing interest in any activity is pretty frequent in teenagers, it does not leave adult people aside who are daily working and are living the same thing as always.
From their point of view, they no longer want to solve it by themselves. But young people still have time to raise their heads and correct this situation and seek adventures with family or friends that will help them see that it is still possible to do anything to solve this situation. As we know, most teenagers prefer to stay at their homes watching videos or listening to music instead of going out and practicing some sport. In the not distant future, this could lead to various difficulties in the mental health of young people, so we should schedule different activities and try to change this reality.
As my grandma says, all in this world have a solution. So, in this case, we need to look for new activities that make our hearts beat strongly and leave the unpleasant sensation of burnout. For me, painting is one of my satisfactory activities to develop when I am frustrated because paints give a new perspective of how to colorate my draws and make me the master of my life.
That is true, sometimes we lose interest in something we know because we are growing. When I was a girl I always played with my cousins or we practiced sports together but now we don't do it because we are so busy. I reckon that not only do we lose interest on some hobbies but sometimes we are so busy that forget that before we enjoyed thing little things becoause of working, homework or college. However, when we have more free time, I think we remember what we enjoyed, that is, going out with friends among others.
